Ordering and Shipping Policies
Currently, we are not accepting online payments. Please call us
directly (numbers below) to order merchandise and arrange payment.
We do not ship outside the United States, except to US military
bases and embassies using an APO/FPO mailing address. We normally will
not ship to an address other than the credit card billing address.
Please contact us directly for further information or to discuss
alternatives. Due to the high possibility of a fraudulent transaction,
we reserve the right to refuse any order without showing cause.
Further, we do not ship to hotels, motels, resorts or certain cities.
Shipping Methods
We offer delivery via UPS. UPS Delivery methods include Ground,
3-Day, 2-Day, and Next Day. We do not currently ship to international
addresses, with the exception of U.S. military bases. Please note that
delivery times are from the day the order ships. Orders typically ship

Sales Tax
Sales tax is collected on all items sold and shipped within the State of California. The sales tax rate is commensurate with the jurisdiction being shipped to.

Payment Options
We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express credit
cards that are issued in the United States. We do not accept foreign
issued credit cards. We do not charge your card until your order is
shipped.
If you prefer to not pay by credit card, you may mail your check,
bank cashiers check or US postal money order, payable in US dollars.
Please contact us for instructions.
Personal and company checks must clear your bank before your order
will ship. Please allow two weeks. If you provide us with your bank
phone number and contact name, we may be able to ship earlier if can
get confirmation from your bank that the check has cleared.

Warranties and Guarantees
Camera Boutique Inc. is an authorized U.S. dealer for all products
offered in our online store. As an authorized dealer, we offer only
newly manufactured products, with the original manufacturers U.S.
warranty.
We DO NOT sell "gray market" items on our site. "Gray market"
products are purchased overseas for unauthorized and unsupported resale
in the United States. These products have not been approved by the
manufacturer for sale in the U.S., and many do not meet the same
performance guidelines. As such, they carry no manufacturer's warranty
or guarantee. By purchasing your equipment from Camera Boutique Inc.,
you can be confident that your products will be serviced by
professionals.
Unless otherwise indicated, all of our products are brand new and
carry the standard manufacturer's warranty. Each product is brand-new
and factory-fresh. On most items, we offer a 15-DAY EXCHANGE POLICY for
a product of equal or greater value (at incremental cost to the
customer if/as applicable). We do not provide refunds. If you think
that your product may be defective, you should first call the
manufacturer's technical support number to see if your problem can be
resolved on the phone.
If the manufacturer determines that your product is defective within
15 days from the delivery date, we will replace it with a new one.
Please call us at to arrange for a replacement and to get an RMA number
to return the defective product. Please have your sales order number,
date of purchase and the nature of the defect available when you call.
Products returned for exchange must be in brand new, mint condition.
Items must be in the original, undamaged manufacturer's packaging with
all packaging materials, including instruction booklets, packing
inserts, plastic bags, and the blank warranty cards. The manufacturer's
labeled packaging must be enclosed within a new shipping carton. Please
note that the warranty card must not be filled out.
For your protection, we recommend that you insure the package and use a carrier that has tracking available.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING FEES, IF APPLICABLE, ARE NOT REFUNDABLE
No returns are accepted after 15 days from the original delivery date.
If the product becomes defective after the first 15 days from the
delivery date and within the manufacturer's warranty period, you should
call the manufacturer's technical support number to arrange for repair
or replacement as per the manufacturer's warranty terms.
